Equipment Inventory Modification Request (EIMR) is used to document equipment inventory transactions.
Use this process to report capitalized assets that have been:
- Lost
- Stolen
- Destroyed
- Requested for Surplus
- Report capitalized assets
- Report the acquisition of assets received through sources other than purchase orders (e.g., gifts, loans, intercampus transfers, etc.)
- Transfer inventorial equipment to another department
- Report change of user, location, or other critical inventory information
